The North Dakota State Fair Center houses a number of rental facilities suitable for a variety of events. The All Seasons Arena is ideal for larger concerts, rodeos or ice hockey events. Heritage Hall hosts many exhibits year-round as does the Magic Place FFA Hall and the 4H Hall. The Theater is a flexible space with kitchen and functions best as a conference space.

Ann Nicole Nelson Hall
Located on the Minot State University campus, the Ann Nicole Nelson Hall hosts a number of performances each year, including some from the Minot Symphony Orchestra. The hall was renamed after a local student who died in the attacks on the World Trade Center in September 2001.
